Refined Leg-Vein Care
Sclerotherapy
A personalized injectable treatment designed to reduce the appearance of eligible spider veins and small visible leg veins.
Located in Grand Prairie, The Haus of Aesthetiks provides cosmetic sclerotherapy consultations for clients throughout Arlington, Mansfield, Dallas, Fort Worth, and the greater DFW area.
Thoughtful, Provider-Led Treatment
Feel more confident in the skin you show.
Sclerotherapy involves carefully placing a specialized solution into an eligible visible vein. The solution causes the treated vein to close, and blood naturally reroutes through healthier veins. Over time, the treated vein may become less visible. More than one session may be recommended depending on the number and characteristics of the veins.
Personalized Assessment
What Can Sclerotherapy Address?
Not every visible vein is appropriate for cosmetic treatment at The Haus.

Small Visible Leg Veins
Selected small veins may be treated after your provider evaluates their size and location.
Cosmetic Concerns
Treatment is designed for eligible clients primarily concerned about visible appearance.

Your Appointment
What to Expect
Exact steps and appointment length depend on your personalized treatment plan.
Evaluation
Your provider reviews your medical history and examines the veins to determine candidacy.
Treatment
A fine needle is used to carefully place a sclerosing solution into selected veins.
Compression & Walking
Pressure or compression may be applied, and walking is commonly encouraged after treatment.
Gradual Refinement
Results take time.
Treated spider veins often fade gradually over several weeks. Some veins may require additional time or more than one session, and complete clearing cannot be guaranteed. Sclerotherapy treats selected existing veins but does not prevent new visible veins from developing in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your provider will give recommendations based on an in-person clinical assessment.
Does sclerotherapy treat all visible veins?⌄
No. It is commonly used for spider veins and selected small leg veins. Larger varicose veins, symptomatic veins, or signs of underlying venous disease may require ultrasound assessment or referral to a vascular specialist.
How many sessions will I need?⌄
The number of treatments varies according to the number, size, location, and response of the veins. Some clients may need multiple sessions. Your provider will create a personalized plan after evaluation.
When will I see results?⌄
Small treated veins may begin fading over several weeks, while others can take longer. The treated area may temporarily look darker or more noticeable during healing. Individual results vary.
Will the veins come back?⌄
A successfully treated vein generally remains closed, but sclerotherapy cannot prevent new spider or visible veins from forming later.
Do I need compression stockings?⌄
Compression is commonly recommended after treatment. Your provider will tell you what type to use and how long to wear it based on your procedure and individual needs.
Who may not be a candidate?⌄
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, active infection, certain allergies, a history or current risk of blood clots, significant vascular disease, limited mobility, particular medications, and other health factors may affect eligibility. Do not stop prescribed medication unless directed by the clinician who manages it.
